Accommodation

• Rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
• Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of the intended arrival date may be charged full fees. (See individual hotel terms and conditions within the booking form)
• Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. (Unless indicated in individual hotel terms and conditions within the booking form)
• In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
• If you wish to request an invoice for prepayment from the hotel please contact sarah@conference.nz.
• If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card please contact sarah@conference.nz to arrange.
• If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is 'full', it may be that that dates you require fall outside what is currently available, please email sarah@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and booking dates.
